New Year's Resolutions and Your Wedding!

Happy New Year! What's new for you in 2010? It is clear from our chirping email inboxes that "Step up my wedding planning!" has made it onto the list of resolutions for MANY a future bride. Are you one of them? If so, Kudos - there is nothing more stressful about planning a wedding than thinking about it constantly but not doing anything! Once you pick up the phone and send a few e-mails you will be surprised to see how quickly and smoothly the ball begins rolling.

Where to begin really depends on what's most important to you! Is it crucial that your wedding is on a specific date - like the anniversary of your first date which happens to be on a Saturday this year? Or do you have your heart set on a specific venue - such as the very popular chapel at your alma mater? You MAY even be a real, what I call "vendor groupie," who just can't imagine getting married if your favorite photographer is already booked! As you dig into planning your wedding, take a second to think about what's important to you and let that be your guide!
Is there some unique detail, venue or circumstance that is directing your wedding planning?
